Poached Egg Avocado Toast

For those trying to get in shape for the new year, here's a great simple recipe from my friend Kate from Framed Cooks that includes healthy fats, healthy proteins and no butter or bacon anywhere to be found! 

Regardless, I think you're going to love this egg recipe.

Personally, I don't think there's any better combination than egg and avocado. And it makes a really filling, nutritious breakfast.  That you don't have to feel guilty about.
