Lisa's debut cookbook, The Fresh Eggs Daily Cookbook, was published by HarperCollins in 2022. It received a coveted Publishers Weekly starred review and was chosen as an Amazon Editors Best Cookbooks of the Month.Lisa also launched a private label line of natural poultry products in 2018 that does more than $1 million in annual sales on Chewy.com, Amazon, and other select retailers.
She has also collaborated with brands such as Duluth Trading Co., The Spice House, Lehmans, Stonewall Kitchen, Oakhurst Dairy, Lodge and Wayfair.
Lisa lives on a small farm in central Maine with her husband, their corgi, and more than two dozen chickens, ducks and geese.
